Thanks for shopping at Aira Jewelz. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Aira Jewelz. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Aira Jewelz, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have to return your product/service within 7 working days from the day of delivery at your end.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
- The product is acceptable for return only if it’s received in a damaged condition.
- Proper unpacking video of the product has to be sent to our e-mail with 48hours of receiving the product.
- The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
- The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
- The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.
In case of Services, Aira Jewelz does not have any options to Return of Product/Services Provided in Terms of Website Distributorship or any kind of Software Development, Website Development and Maintenance work on Customer's website after Delivery been offered. In case any Error or Bugs created or happened from our end we will be committed to fix that ASAP.
Shipping
Aira Jewelz is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
